Our world is undoubtedly a very stressful place, but learning to cope with this stress is not the impossible task it may seem at first. Physical exercise and relaxation go someway to redressing the balance, but our minds also require some attention. After all, relaxed and happy people are healthier than stressed and miserable ones.
We have to learn to take a step back, clear our heads, take a deep breath, and just be. Even for just a few minutes a day, and learning to like ourselves, we also learn to like what's around us.
